SEATTLE (AP) — Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich has returned to Seattle for a conference for progressive activists.
He drew sustained applause Saturday when he called for an end to U.S. troop involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Kucinich has recently participated in several events around Seattle amid uncertainty about his political future.
The two-time presidential candidate believes his Ohio district will be eliminated as part of redistricting. Kucinich has said he will consider moving to another state but hasn’t said where. Washington is gaining a congressional seat.
