Clark County Public Health will host a community presentation on health care reform later this month.

The presentation is from 5:30 to 7 p.m. July 25 at the new Vancouver Community Library, 901 C St. at Evergreen Boulevard.

Bianca Stoner, an analyst and consumer advocate for the Office of the Washington State Insurance Commissioner, will present an overview of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). Stoner will review what has already gone into effect and discuss the changes ahead, including the law’s impact on children, senior citizens and other adults.

The ACA will go into full effect in 2014.
