Salem woman, 19, killed in Polk County crash

DALLAS, Ore. (AP) — The Polk County sheriff’s office says a 19-year-old Salem woman who was killed in a crash was not wearing a seat belt.

The woman, Adair Kapple, was a passenger in a car that collided head-on with another car Monday night on a rural road.

The drivers were not seriously injured.
