SILVERTON, Ore. (AP) — The Silverton Fire District says firefighters called a second alarm for help battling a house fire Monday night in Silverton.

It took more than 30 firefighters to control the fire that caused heavy damage to the three-story house.

Five residents got out safely and no one was hurt.

Investigators are looking at a barbecue grill located near the home as the possible cause of the fire.
