MONTESANO, Wash. (AP) — Police arrested three people suspected of damaging an unused section of railroad track at Montesano by taking metal to be sold as scrap.
Lt. Jay Staten told KXRO railroad officials say people have walked off with spikes, plates and even sections of rail.
