DENVER (AP) — Second base umpire Brian O’Nora has left the Colorado Rockies’ game against the Milwaukee Brewers because of a back problem.

O’Nora worked the top of the first inning Thursday night and was attended to by the Rockies’ training staff after the third out. He limped off the field and into the Rockies’ dugout.

Major League Baseball, through a Rockies official, says O’Nora left with a “back issue” and is day to day.

The umpiring crew was down to three before Cory Blaser took over at second base in the fourth inning.
