WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama is cheering on the U.S. women’s soccer team as it competes in the Women’s World Cup final against Japan Sunday night.

Obama sent his support to the team in a tweet Sunday morning, saying: “Sorry I can’t be there to see you play, but I’ll be cheering you on from here. Let’s go. — BO.”
