Not quite, said Steve Starmer of the National Weather Service in Portland.
Pearson Field had 0.66 of an inch in the 24 hours ending Sunday evening; the July 17 record is 0.78, set in 1989, Starmer said.
Expect showers for the next several days, Starmer said. Sun is expected to return for the weekend, with high temperatures of 75 to 80, he predicted.
