Cowlitz County police officers raided a home in Woodland early Wednesday morning in an investigation of methamphetamine trafficking and illegal gun possession, but the suspect they were looking for was gone.
As a result, officers are hoping anyone with information about Terry R. Olson, 52, will call the Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office at 360-577-3092 and select option 1.
Or call 911 and ask to be transferred to Cowlitz County 911.
Olson is white, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 225 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
Members of the Lower Columbia SWAT Team entered the home at 2801 Lewis River Road about 6 a.m., said Sgt. Kevin Tate with the Cowlitz-Wahkiakum Narcotics Task Force.
In the second raid at that address in two years, officers had a search warrant to find Olson, who lives there. Officers have probable cause to arrest Olson on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine with intent to deliver and possessing illegal weapons, Tate said.
