OSLO, Norway (AP) — Police in Norway say the names of some of the 76 people who were killed in the massacre in Norway are to be released in two hours at 1600 GMT (Noon EDT).

Lawyer Geir Lippestad told the AP earlier Tuesday that massacre suspect Anders Behring Breivik asked him how many people he had killed.

He says his client is likely insane.
