SEATTLE (AP) — King County prosecutors are expected to file charges Wednesday against a Snohomish man blamed for a drunken driving road rage crash in Kirkland that killed a software engineer.

Fifty-six-year-old Patrick Rexroat bailed out of jail after a judge set his bail Monday at $50,000. Prosecutors had asked for $1 million bail. Prosecutors say he was under the influence of alcohol and chasing another car in a road rage incident Sunday when his SUV hit a car driven by Steve Lacey.

Lacey was not involved in the road rage. He worked at Google and previously worked at Microsoft where he led teams that worked on the Flight Simulator games.
