ALLEN PARK, Mich. (AP) — A person familiar with the deal says the Detroit Lions have agreed to terms with free agent defensive back Eric Wright.

The person spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity Friday because the team hasn’t announced the move. Wright has played all four of his NFL seasons with the Cleveland Browns, starting all 16 games in 2008 and 2009, and 10 games last season.

Detroit did announce the signings of linebacker Justin Durant and wide receiver Rashied Davis. Durant joins the Lions after playing four years with Jacksonville. Davis comes over from Chicago, where he played six seasons with the Bears.
