EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — A woman charged with a drunken driving vehicular homicide pleaded not guilty Thursday in Everett and is jailed with bail set at $250,000.

Snohomish County prosecutors say 43-year-old Theresa Ecklund of Kenmore was drunk and high on methamphetamine when her car struck and killed a pedestrian last December in Marysville.

The Daily Herald reports she was out on $50,000 bail in that case when she was arrested in June in a county crackdown on intoxicated drivers.

Court records show she was convicted in 1986 of drunken driving.
