JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed guard Wade Grayson and waived receiver Nate Hughes, who had fallen behind several rookies in training camp.

The team also waived linebacker Eric Gordon on Monday, clearing roster space for the return of tight end Marcedes Lewis. Lewis was activated from the reserve/did not report list. Jacksonville also activated long-snapper Jeremy Cain from the non-football injury list.

Grayson, a 6-foot-4, 302-pound Arkansas native, started two seasons for the Razorbacks. He will help fill in for injured center John Estes (knee).

Hughes spent last season on injured reserve. He earned a roster spot in 2009, but was waived after dropping two passes in the end zone. He worked his way back from the practice squad.
