Bridging the Gaps, a forum on the Columbia River Crossing set for Saturday, will feature bridge critics, including economist Joe Cortright and a representative of the Cascade Policy Institute, plus other speakers. Clark County Commissioner Tom Mielke will also be in attendance.

Topics will include gaps in transportation priorities, new bridges, spending accountability, funding, oversight, citizen input, a vote and transparency. There will also be time for public input and comments.

The event is sponsored by U.S. Digital and couv.com, both owned by anti-bridge activist David Madore.

Bridging the Gaps will be from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at the LifePoint Campus, 305 N.E. 192nd Ave. For more information, visit http://www.couv.com/crc.
