KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) — NASCAR president Mike Helton says Kyle Busch did nothing to provoke Richard Childress or violate his probation in an altercation with the 65-year-old car owner after the Trucks Series race at Kansas Speedway.
Helton says Childress will be allowed to stay for Sunday’s Sprint Cup race in Kansas because the RCR team needs leadership.
