Innovative Services NW has received $10,000 from the Safeway Foundation. The Foundation distributes funds on behalf of employees of 16 Safeway stores in Southwest Washington. The contribution will be used to support underfunded programs for people with disabilities and disadvantages.

Safeway employees have given $107,000 to the nonprofit agency over the past seven years. In recognition of their support, one room at Innovative Services NW’s Pediatric Therapy Center is named “The Employees of District 73 and the Safeway Foundation Sensory Integration Room.”

Innovative Services NW provides childcare, pediatric therapy, youth and family services for children in foster care, employment services for adults with disabilities, and adult day health services.
