EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Eugene police say they’re looking for a missing 14-year-old boy with a functional mental age of about 7 years old. They say Victor Dunn has a history of walking away and did that Monday morning from his school.

Spokeswoman Jenna McCulley says the boy has a tendency to seek out crowds. He also has a medical condition that requires medication he does not have with him.
