Car fleeing police crashes in Shoreline, 2 hurt

SHORELINE, Wash. (AP) — Two people in a car fleeing police were seriously injured when it crashed into a tree and house in Shoreline.

KIRO-TV reports an officer made a traffic stop Tuesday night and found that a woman passenger was wanted on an arrest warrant. The driver sped off sped off through a residential neighborhood, lost control and hit the tree and house.

The injured driver and the woman were both taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. No one in the house was hurt.
