Heather M. Perry, Chad E. Schwendiman and Gene S. Schwendiman, for a license to sell beer and wine at Blind Onion Pizza, 6115 N.E. 114th Ave., Suite 101, Vancouver.

Phil J. Haberthur, Lisa M. Haberthur, Brad W. Andersen and Deanne L. Andersen, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Baja Fresh, 7801 N.E. Highway 99, Suite D, Vancouver.

Peter L. Gallin, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Applewood Restaurant and Bar, 2005 S.E. 192nd Ave., Suite 100, Vancouver.
