Athlete of the year

Anna Adamko, jr., Columbia River: Class 3A state champion in the javelin and discus; placed fourth in the shot put.

Rest of All-Region team

Jessica Bottelberghe, jr., Columbia River: Class 3A state runner-up at 800 meters.

Jennifer DeBellis, so., Columbia River: Placed third at 3A state meet in pole vault; also qualified for state in triple jump.

Lynelle Decker, so., Mountain View: Placed third in 4A state meet in 800 meters and sixth at 1,600 meters.

Stephanie Harold, sr., Heritage: Placed fourth at 4A state meet in javelin; also placed at district in the long jump and triple jump

Megan Kelley, jr., Camas: Placed fourth at 3A state meet in 400 meters and long jump and also ran on second-place 1,600 relay

Johna McEllrath, so., Prairie: Class 3A state runner-up in the shot put; placed sixth at state in the discus and javelin. Rachel McQuivey, jr., Skyview

Kristina Owsinski, jr., Prairie: Placed fourth at 3A state meet in pole vault; also qualified for state in the 100-meter hurdles.

Sara Slayton, jr., Camas: Placed third at 3A state meet in 300-meter hurdles; also ran on second-place 1,600 meter relay and qualified in 100 hurdles.

Alexandra Uhrich, sr., Union: Class 3A state runner-up in the pole vault.

Shelby Williams, sr., Ridgefield: Multi-event standout; signed with University of Washington. Placed third at 2A state meet in 100 meters and shot put.
