COUPEVILLE, Wash. (AP) — After wrapping up federal charges last week in Seattle, the next stop for the Barefoot Bandit case is a plea deal Island County Superior Court in Coupeville.

The Daily Herald of Everett reports officials agreed to consolidate Washington state charges, and Colton Harris-Moore is expected to plead guilty to more than 30 felonies from Snohomish, Skagit, San Juan and Island counties.

The 20-year-old Camano Island man faces up to 10 years in prison on the state charges when he appears in court next month or August.

He’s accused of a string of robberies and thefts, sometimes committed while barefoot. He was arrested last year in the Bahamas after being on the run for two years, stealing boats and planes.
