PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Police have arrested a man suspected of firing 16 shots into a Portland house.
Four people were inside the home at the time early Sunday but no one was injured.
Officers stopped a vehicle minutes later and arrested a 33-year-old man for investigation of attempted murder. Police say they also recovered the gun, a semiautomatic rifle.
Detectives learned that the shooting stemmed from a dispute over a car prowl.
