Clark County bans sale of e-cigs to children

VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — Clark County commissioners voted Wednesday to ban the sale of electronic cigarettes to people younger than 18.

The Columbian reports the ordinance goes into effect Thursday.

Battery-powered e-cigarettes emit vapor, instead of smoke, and are still considered unhealthy.
