Letter: Good neighbors cleaned up vandalism

Published: June 21, 2011, 5:00pm

My thanks to the person or persons who cleaned up the senseless and juvenile vandalism at Felida Park on Father’s Day.

I took my 2-year-old there on Father’s Day to play only to find that some morons had vandalized the park with permanent markers. I returned a few hours later with my older sons and a myriad of cleaning supplies to remove the vandalism only to find the job had already been done.

My sincere thanks to the responsible neighbor who took the lead to protect the younger kids from the vulgar vandalism. Job well done.
