BREMERTON, Wash. (AP) — In the early 1980s Jeff Fleming was the drummer in a Bremerton-based punk rock band that had some success before breaking up.

Fleming went back to work at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and raised three children, but he didn’t give up music.

The Kitsap Sun reports the 52-year-old is still rockin’ as part of the band “Boy Blue and the Moon.” Rehearsals are held in the garage of his home at Port Orchard.
