SALEM, Ore. (AP) — Despite signs of better times, Oregon’s unemployment rate remains above 10 percent, where it’s been for more than a year.
The state Employment Department said Tuesday the rate for January was 10.4 percent.
That’s not a great enough change from the previous month, when it was 10.6
