SAN DIEGO (AP) — The San Diego Chargers have declined to offer a contract to receiver Legedu Naanee, who faces charges of public intoxication and resisting arrest after being arrested in Indianapolis last month.

The move came Wednesday, when the Chargers signed defensive end Ogemdi Nwagbuo and linebacker James Holt to contracts while making contract offers to 10 other players.

Receiver Malcom Floyd received a first- and third-round tender, which is what the Chargers would get in compensation under the current rules should another team sign him.

The Chargers placed a first-round tender on safety Eric Weddle. Others receiving tenders include linebacker Antwan Applewhite, tackle Jeromey Clary and running back Mike Tolbert (second round); cornerback Dante Hughes (third round); linebacker Antwan Barnes and safety Paul Oliver (fourth round); and linebacker Brandon Siler (seventh round).
