PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The Josephine County sheriff’s office says an argument between two brothers in Grants Pass turned violent, and one shot the other in the stomach.
The wounded man was reported in serious condition after surgery at Three River Community Hospital. Deputies booked the other brother into jail Wednesday on assault and attempted murder charges.
The brothers were arguing over a woman.
