KENNEWICK, Wash. (AP) — A 59-year-old Kennewick man convicted of child molestation was sentenced Wednesday to at least four years in prison.

The Tri-City Herald reports Douglas Badeaux entered an Alford plea acknowledging that prosecutors had enough evidence to convict him.

Court documents say he touched a grade school girl inappropriately while wrestling with her. He said it was a misunderstanding.
