Billups out 4th straight game with bruised thigh

NEW YORK (AP) — Chauncey Billups is missing his fourth straight game for the New York Knicks because of a bruised left quadriceps.

The point guard was hurt last Tuesday near the end of a loss in Orlando. Though the Knicks hoped he’d be able to return quickly, coach Mike D’Antoni knew when Billups wasn’t able to re-enter the game against the Magic that there was a chance it could be a lengthier absence.
