Tennessee 3rd baseman Matt Duffy hits for cycle

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Tennessee senior Matt Duffy has become just the second Volunteers player to hit for the cycle.

The third baseman from Milton, Mass., was 4-of-6 with a career-high three runs scored and four RBIs in Tennessee’s 18-4 victory against New Orleans on Wednesday night. Duffy had a double in the first inning, a triple in the fourth, a home run in the fifth and a single in the eighth.
