Quincy woman killed on railroad tracks

MOSES LAKE, Wash. (AP) — The woman killed by a train at Quincy has been identified by the Grant County coroner’s office as 48-year-old Pricilia Orta-Menzez of Quincy.

Officials say she was on foot and away from a crossing Sunday night when she was hit by a Burlington Northern Santa Fe coal train from British Columbia headed to the Wyoming.
