Clark County — U.S. Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler, R-Camas, will deliver the weekly Republican address Saturday, House Speaker John Boehner said Thursday.
Herrera Beutler, a member of the House’s Small Business Committee, will highlight conservatives’ efforts to help small businesses create jobs.
“Jaime has already established herself as an independent voice for the families and small businesses in her district, and I’m pleased she’s agreed to deliver our weekly address,” Boehner, R-Ohio, said in a statement.
Herrera Beutler’s speech will follow a House Republican-hosted interactive forum with job creators. The speech can be viewed beginning at 3 a.m. Saturday at http://www.youtube.com/RepublicanConference.
