Look to I-205 bridge for a good design

Over $100 million later in preparing for the I-5 bridge, and nobody bothered to look to the east. There is a beautiful bridge just upstream. It is called the Glenn Jackson Interstate 205 bridge. The design apparently works perfectly, and it is high enough for ships to pass under. And the I-205 bridge went up without any tolls. All of the pictures we see of the millions of dollars worth of architects’ proposals for the I-5 bridge are not as sleek.
