America’s Tire Co. has applied to build a tire center on Southeast 192nd Avenue, south of Mill Plain Boulevard, fronting JC Penney in the Mill Plain Crossing shopping complex.
The proposal calls for a 6,900-square-foot facility at 900 S.E. 192nd Ave., with tire showroom and installation space. America’s Tire operates one Clark County location at 8120 N.E. Vancouver Plaza, off state Highway 500.
The Scottsdale, Ariz.-based company is also called Discount Tire Co. and operates more than 800 stores in the U.S.
