BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) — Bellingham police believe a 19-year-old is responsible for graffiti throughout the city that caused more than $5,000 in damage.
The Bellingham Herald reports he was arrested Tuesday and jailed for investigation of more than 20 counts of malicious mischief.
