SON SERVERA, Spain (AP) — Chris Wood has shot a 5-under 65 to lead the Iberdrola Open by three shots after the second round Friday.
The 23-year-old Englishman is at 8-under-par 132. Next are European Tour rookie Matthew Nixon of England and Darren Clarke of Northern Ireland, who both shot 70.
Gregory Bourdy of France had a tough time with the wind, shooting a 77 after breaking the course record on Thursday with a 63.
