SEATTLE (AP) — A second man has been arrested in connection with the shooting deaths of three Pierce County men at a Kent nursery.
The King County prosecutor’s office tells The Seattle Times that Jose Alfredo Valez-Fombona of Kent was ordered held on investigation of three counts of murder and three counts of kidnapping at his initial court appearance on Friday.
His bail has been set at $5 million. Prosecutors have until Monday to file formal charges.
Three men were found dead at a Kent nursery in March, three months after they disappeared on their way home from work at a Seattle florist.
