Chemical spill at Everett waste transfer station

EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — Fire Department hazardous material crews have responded to a chemical spill at a waste transfer station in Everett.

Snohomish County Fire District 1 spokeswoman Leslie Hynes told KING-TV some kind of chemical was released around 7 a.m. Wednesday in an enclosed space.

No one has been injured.
