A birthday to remember

I was celebrating my 21st birthday. Decided we wanted to go to Amboy to celebrate and spend the night on the 17th.

What a way to wake up the next morning to my “favorite mountain” exploding!

Now my favorite mountain is a volcano. Needless to say, we raced back to Vancouver to let my family know we were okay.

Something to tell my grandchildren about… a memory I will never forget, especially since it was my 21st birthday!
