VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — Police say a man was wounded in a gang-related shooting Tuesday night in Vancouver.
Police say there were multiple people at a gang altercation when one fired several shots. A 40-year-old man was hit. He was treated at a hospital and released.
Detectives arrested a 20-year-old and a 16-year-old for investigation of assault.
