PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Phillies right-hander Joe Blanton has been scratched minutes from his start against Colorado on Thursday night.
Kyle Kendrick will start in Blanton’s place. There was no immediate word on Blanton’s injury. He missed two starts with an elbow injury and was 1-1 in two starts after returning from the disabled list.
