Drivers on Interstate 5 won’t be able to exit at Northeast 78th Street for a few hours Saturday during the annual Hazel Dell Parade of Bands.
The onramps from Northeast 78th Street to I-5 will remain open.
The Washington State Department of Transportation and Washington State Patrol are closing the Northeast 78th Street offramps from 10 a.m.
