2 injured in Benton City school bus crash

BENTON CITY, Wash. (AP) — The teenage driver of a minivan says he was distracted by students near the roadway when he collided with a school bus.

KVEW reports the 17-year-old driver and one of four high school students on the bus were injured in the Tuesday afternoon crash.

Both were taken to Kadlec hospital in Richland.
