BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) — The Whatcom County medical examiner says a 22-year-old Everson man drowned in a ditch after crashing his car near Lynden.
The Bellingham Herald reports deputies and troopers thought the crash had been abandoned Saturday when they found no one at the scene. Hours later someone else found the body of Samuel R. Davis in water in the ditch.
