KENNEWICK, Wash. (AP) — Police say they have identified a copper wire burglary suspect because a cell phone was left at the Kennewick electrical contracting business.

Police are looking for the owner of the phone, a 41-year-old Kennewick man named Rusty Bottoms.

Investigators found that he sold some copper wire Monday to a metal recycler.
