INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — USA Track and Field has settled a lawsuit with former CEO Doug Logan, who sued to have the balance of his contract paid to him after he was suddenly dismissed last September.

Details of the settlement were not disclosed, but Logan acknowledged in an email to The Associated Press on Thursday that a settlement had been reached. It is expected to be approved in federal court in the next month. He was owed around $1.7 million.

Meanwhile, USA Track has not yet selected a replacement for Logan. A search has been ongoing since the beginning of the year.
