Candidates can start filing for elective office positions 8 a.m. Monday, June 6, at the Clark County Elections Department, 1408 Franklin St.
Candidates can file online starting at 9 a.m. June 6 at http://clarkvotes.org.
The filing period will end at 4 p.m. June 10 for online registration, and 5 p.m. June 10 for in-person filing.
Positions include: a 49th Legislative District state representative, city and town council positions, some mayoral positions, fire district commissioners, port district commissioners, cemetery and park district commissioners and a commissioner position in the Clark Regional Wastewater District.
