Zach Duke to make first start

HOUSTON (AP) — Arizona Diamondbacks left-hander Zach Duke has been activated from the 15-day disabled list Saturday and is set to make his first start of the season against the Houston Astros.

Duke, acquired in a trade with in the offseason, broke his left hand when he was hit by a line drive during spring training.

The Diamondbacks optioned right-hander Kam Mickolio to Triple-A Reno to make room for Duke.
